In the year 1979, I obtained the degree to practice law from The Complutense University of Madrid one of the oldest universities in the world and the top university in Spain. I studied criminal law in the Sapienza University of Rome which is a coeducational, autonomous state university in Rome, Italy. After returning from Europe, I was appointed director of the department of privileges and immunities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Panama. Since the year 1996, I have operated my own law practice.
As an experienced lawyer, I provide my clients with legal expertise in all areas of immigration, commercial and real state law, regulations, and policy.
With over nineteen years of practice, I have represented clients from around the world, including retirees, professionals, skilled workers, unskilled workers, corporations, small businesses, and those individuals who require immigration assistance for their families.
My office offers quality, cost-effective service. You can communicate entirely through the internet, keeping your communication costs down. Once you arrive in Panama, I can assist you in the personal way that you want and deserve.
